That's good news. Usually this sort of thing isn't an "announcement," and part of the reason is that a player can change (or finally make up) his mind later in the summer. Michigan has lost many players that way. But I would love to have him back.

Perhaps he has inside information that Mitch McGary is going to moonlight as a hockey player next year.
