I just see threads claiming that we're not good and that they're going to beat us in three weeks. Uh, sure. It's not like they just lost to CMU or something. EDIT: Also, same thread claims "Tate is okay" and "Cousins is better." Sure, dude.

The non-alumni fan argument would be a valid point if this were 1915... but we've moved so far beyond the idea that these teams represent strictly their university... schools like Ohio State and Nebraska are representing their state just as much as their school. Hell, even State is trying to get in on that act. If State fans have such a massive issue with it, they can gladly turn away all those non-alum basketball fans who pack the Palace to watch them play a few times a season.

It's also awesome to see that they think we can't pass the ball whatsoever, too. "We just have to put pressure on Forcier, make him make plays with his arm. He can only run and they have no good receivers."

I was in the office following the Spartina game online and shut it down after the CHIPS missed the two-point conversion. Got a text from my best buddy (a Spartina die heard) saying "oh fuck". Called him and got the update of the onside kick and got to rub it in in real time. Priceless! He wouldn't even answer his phone during the UM game! Gotta love little brother! GO BLUE!
