Mind-blowing to think that the selection committee thought Marquette was better than us.  They have looked like a steaming pile of crap for large portions of this tournament.  Their Sweet 16 game was their only good performance out of four.

Didn't we just get through the best defensive team in college ball and put 87 points on them? Florida is good but we match up much better against them. What do you think?

man, how much less interesting can it get? The only reason I'm still watching is for my personal scouting of a potential opponent.

Orangemen would be tougher but I think we can shoot better than these last 2 teams they've played, I mean Indiana looked down right intimidated and un-athletic as hell against them.

I don't think athleticism will be a problem for us and I know a Trey led team sure in the hell ain't gonna be intimidated by anyone.

Ding ding ding. I believe we have a "winner."

OSU likely wins tonight, but in typical OSU fashion. Meaning, by a dramatic 3-pointer that is not as nearly as cool as Trey's was last night.

Not that there was duly impressive shooting in the Syracuse-Marquette game, but Marquette managed all of 25.5% for an effective field goal percentage, was only 3-25 from three point range and got lost in Syracuse's defense with 13 turnovers, as well as being the victim of 9 steals. Davante Gardner and Vander Blue were literally 72% of their offense.

If you add Marquette's score to the OSU-WSU loser's score will it add up to a respectable amount of points?  Stay tuned to find out.

Edit: of course as soon as I say that they start bombing threes because...

I know they are called the shockers but a final 4 seems a bit much. Bad time for Ohio to return to their struggles on offense.

Couple things, did anyone see Amir Williams bean that cheerleader in the face with a block? And then a few seconds later, Thad Matta awkwardly brushed the hair out of his eyes, but his hair is 8 inches away from his eyes.

This is the worst that OSU has looked in weeks, possibly months. Gotta expect Matta to get his guys going in the second half. There's no way they can shoot only 25% for the entire game is there?
