The Energy is ELECTRIC!

Well I just had the privilage of speaking with Greg Banks DT from the Wolverines and first off congradulated him for the awesome win against Western last week and he told me right now the energy with the team for this week is something you can't even put into words so I decided to sum it up in one word. ELECTRIC. Which I'm sure without a doubt that is exactly what it is in Ann Arbor right now. Next to "Rivalry Week" with osu Notre Dame week is the second most important game of the season for the Wolverines. I'd love to say as of late Penn State and Wisconsin but come on two of the winningest programs in college football history going head to head?! F*CK osu vs usc I would watch this game anyday! A huge game for both teams as Michigan looks to go 2-0 for the first time since 2006 been 3 years of a wait but it could come to an end this Saturday. Notre Dame fighting to keep their poll ranking and undefeated season alive (along with Weis's future with Notre Dame). In my opinion and I'm sure many will disagree with this I think the pressure is all on Notre Dame. They have to come to Ann Arbor play in the Big House in front of a sold out crowd of 109,000 people screaming at once and play a changed and improved Michigan team who is energized about coming off an awesome win. I think Notre Dame is in for a big suprise come Saturday what do you think? I'm sensing and upset on the horizon......

Thanks...I agree that Michigan will be sky high for this game. If they can get off to another good start, then it may be a long day for ND. You never know how it is all going to play out but I agree with you that they will be ready to play. OT, Im surprised at the national hype building for this game...its all over the networks and seems to be the 2nd highest game of focus this week after Ohio State USC

I agree, it is amazing the national hype... on the flip side these are two of the most storied programs in history. Both have HUGE fan bases. Networks will focus on whatever will make them the most money. In that regard, it is not all that surprising.
