OT: Walking Dead

Submitted by TWSWBC on

For those not watching the Oscars,

Last week we saw the prison attacked by the Governor along with Daryl and Merle returning to help the group.  We shall see what happens this week, should be action packed.  Also, Andrea has a tough decision to make

I hate the way Tyrese is portrayed, I'm sure they have a plan to bring him back on Rick's side but this whole swinging for the other team is quite annoying.

Ok, I'll finally give in to some of the haters.

This episode was a complete money grab. About 5 minutes of plot development and that's it.  Am I missing something?  Was this not the most obvious plot stall?

It certainly was a lot of posturing. But I think they need these types of episodes to maintain realism and do some character development. It wasn't great, but I'd rather have episodes like this than just a weekly zombie brawl. I know that wasn't your point, and I do agree with you that this episode could've been sped up and included more plot points, just sayin.

I'm really glad that the writers decided to take make such drastic plot changes compared to the comics. I can't watch Game of Thrones because its essentially the same plot, just not done nearly as well as the books. Walking Dead is keeping me interested with all the differences and I don't ever think "hey that's OT what happens!" It's a great take on adapting the series IMO.

Yes he and his son Duane are the two who told Rick everything that happened and helped healed his wounds in episode 1. Without revealing too much about what has happened to him since, he's certainly going to make an appearance sometime soon and it won't be all that pretty. It might not be this season as he isn't really part of the Prison storyline but he'll make it back sometime next season during the DC/Alexandria arc.

I was never in to Andrea...but she is looking tight tonight.. very toned, in real life she must be hitting the gym...everything is looking good on her body.  The producers seem to be making her clothes fit a bit tigther this season too.  Good episode so far...
