NCAA Tournament tickets available for Palace and Lucas Oil (Auburn Hills and Indianapolis)
Tickets are on sale. You can purchase single session tickets from ticketmaster via TravelZoo Detroit or Travelzoo Indianapolis (code TRAVELZOO). You can also purchase all-session tickets via Ticketmaster. I purchased all-session tickets in Indianapolis for $90 each in the 600 section (at least along the baseline, not corner or behind basket). Just wanted to pass this info along. I hope I didn't pull a massive jinx here. Final Four tickets are just insane and I can only find these hospitality packages which I don't want.

There's a very good chance Michigan will be playing in Auburn Hills.

Since they can slot both MSU and UM there with the pod system, and since Indiana (and OSU, I guess) have a pod that's closer than Auburn Hills (Dayton) I'd say it's nearly certain that Michigan will be there. [knocking on wood]

Couldn't have at least waited till the game Saturday?
If Indiana finishes above us on the "S-Curve" (not sure if that's an actual committee term or just Lunardi's term), then they will get Indy. I am thinking you could have waited at least till Sunday when you would have more significant information and likely would have got the same seats.

Does anyone know if Michigan does Student Ticket's for the tournament?

Last year I didn't buy them, but I think that if you did, the way it worked was that you had to buy them before selection sunday, then you were guaranteed seats wherever we ended up. So like last year you bought the tickets knowing we might go to Columbus or Nashville. That's why I didn't buy last year but this time it should be a much safer bet.

.. though I'm almost certain they will. I know WVU sold student tickets last year and also sold student tickets for the Final Four along with a bus trip (mind you Morgantown to Indy is only a 7 hour trip--much farther than A2 to ATL).
I would also venture to say student tickets will go to those with most HAIL points first, like Outback Bowl tickets.

Similar question -- if I wait until after the Elite Eight to buy tickets to the Final Four (so much wood being knocked on) will i be able to buy them?

Final 4 tickets are sold to the public in a lottery that closed in the summer. Should Michigan make it, the AD will get some tix, that you may be able to buy depending on how many points you have. Otherwise, there will be lots on stubhub.

Indy: sweet 16 and elite 8.
Auburn hills feeds into Indy. So if we end up in another section, we won't play at either of these two sites.
Also, I don't think a loss at Indiana on Saturday changes anything. We would just have to beat them at home anyway.

Auburn Hills does not necessarily feed into Indianapolis. Under the pod system, if Michigan is eiether a 1 or 2 seed and possibly even a 3 or 4 seed, it will play in Auburn Hills because it is the closest venue. Indiana is likely to play first two games in either Dayton or Louisville, no matter which regional it ends up in. Michigan State has a good chance of also being in Auburn Hills.
The schools get a very limited number of tickets to the Round of 64 and 32, about 500. The allotment for the regional is quite a bit bigger. With Michigan and MSU both likely to be in Auburn Hills, that venue is likely to sell out at some point. The Indy venue is a football stadium, so regional tickets will probably continue to be available right up until the games, but they may not afford much of a view of the game.

We've got some business to take care of in the B1G first. I want another title and a tournament one too.
And this time, the B1G tournament banner won't come down.
