He was open, so I suppose that's alright, but what happens is we're going to string together a few possessions of missed 3 pointers and then Minnesota will be down by 2 instead of 10 or more.

But.. we didn't hit them. We missed them.
I'm not contesting that they are decent shots, I just think fast-paced chucking up 3 pointers -- open or not -- is going to hurt us in the long run vs. controlling the tempo with our offense.
But, I do love to be wrong, so if we rain 3's I'll be celebrating just as you.

That wasn't chucking, though. Chucking was what happened at the end of the OSU game. Those were open 3s off good ball movement. If you pass those shots up, it screws up the offense.

Those were both good, open shots out of the flow of the transition. I'll take an open Burke or GRIII 3 any time.

McGary is playing much better defensively - he's actually hedging the ball screen! I think he got the message after the OSU game.

Michigan's defense has improved about 100 percent since the beginning of the season. I think that is what I am most impressed with so far in this game.
