I am in that situation. My department has 3 Michigan fans and the rest are MSU graduates. All I hear everyday is how much better MSU is. I have a huge Michigan Flag in my cubicle and the Parking only for Michigan fans, all others will be towed. Thats on the outside of my cubicle

Don't know about on your desk, but I did something kind of cool in my cube. I bought the pack of New York Times Michigan football front pages and plastered them all over my cubicle walls. Looks sorta cool and is great reading material when you're bored. Just look up!

Gotta say go with the mini replica helmet. It subtle yet strong at the same time.

I've had it up and gotten lots of compliments... it's just the bold blue rectangle with the helmet wings stretching out across the width of the poster. Simple, elegant, and those in the know see it and recognize the history right away.
Much better than my co-worker with the foot-tall JoePa bobblehead on her desk and 8 ft long Penn St banner
