Can someone help me with Jason Olesnavage

Nothing fancy or important, just a personel call for help. I read today this kid won the kicking job, so going into the season can anyone help me with the exact pronunciation (sp) of his name. I thank you in advance.

JAY (like the bird) - SON (like the male child) OK, OK..... I don't know how he says it, but I'd go with O-lays-na-vazh-eh (kind of Frenchy sounding) or Oles-navage (like 'olds - savage')

Yeah, anyone hoping to get the gospel correct pronunciation out of an ESPN crew is going to be sorely disappointed. I'm kinda surprised the media guide doesn't have it. I didn't see it there anyway. Usually they do and the media doesn't bother looking anyway.
