Sugar Bowl Open Thread

I don't know, is there anything better on? If we have to bump into the SEC so much, I wish it was in the Sugar Bowl. New Orleans is a great trip.

Florida fans are a bunch of brats. They were talking about Florida not selling most of their tickets pregame. Because their fans think they're too good for the Sugar Bowl. That's ridiculous. How about you win more games if you think that's the case?

That's the SEC's Rose Bowl. You think Georgia wouldn't want to be there?

Hell, I'd love to see Michigan play in this game against louisville!

Greaaaat start for Louisville. Love seeing these teams who think they're superior looking around like they don't know what hit them. Now they're reviewing this but save for a ultimate debacle Louisville will be up two tuds.

LOL it's the 2009 Sugar Bowl all over again. SEC team thinking they're better and not being motivated and laying an egg right off the bat.

I wish somebody would slap these SEC kids who chirp after play they make (even when some of the plays are advantageous to the opposing team)...It happened all day yesterday by the SC players.

Right. I have no clue. It looks asinine but whataya gonna do. Kids will be kids. I had a few buddies who played for Iowa a few years back during years they made Outbac Bowl (playing SC). They said they were the biggest group of thugs they've played against; in a way Spurrier promotes that kinda garbage in his program (and I'm a guy who kinda likes Spurrier).

But I can't think of a reason in the world not to root for Lousiville. Charlie Strong, Vance Bedford, anti-SEC, Florida fans are kinda assholes. Seems an easy call.

That drive included runs of 13, 9 (twice), 8, 6, 5 (twice) yards, and two passes of over 10 yards, and Florida gets the field goal.  That's a lot of work for a field goal, in my opinion, but the closer they got to the goal line, the more mentally unaware they seemed to get.

If you want to see something crazy, look at the boxscore and final score of the Florida - South Carolina game this year. Florida somehow scored 40+ and shut down SC.

I can't stand these SEC punks. Sticking your finger in a refs face would buy you a few hours of stadium steps at Michigan.

Bo would be absolutely livid if a player did that and to be honest, I don't think a player on his teams would have. Bo put fear into those guys.

Did you all just see ESPN use the Michigan VT helmets on their Sugar Bowl logo instead of Florida and Louisville? 9:29 for those with DVR.
