Tailgating Saturday

Since kickoff is at 3:30..what time do I need to arrive in order to get into Pioneer and setup and how much do they get you for parking this year??

I would get there no later than 11a. But that might be pushing it but then again I don't know because I begin tailgating at 7a. I think the PHS Parking lot is $40 but it could be a little less.
