I have family who attends USC. I'm sick of them poking fun of michigan and talking about the ESSS-EEEE-SEEE when they have the trophy case relevant to vandy. Lets kick their fucking ass

I like it.  They are the SEC team I think we have the best chance against this year.

This will be the first meeting since Bo's troops traveled to Columbia and gave them a pounding in '85.

You haven't seen South Carolina play this year I see, so I'll fill you in. Their front 7 is a bunch of fuckbeasts like ND that will absolutely eat the souls of our interior OL blocking, and Taylor Lewan will at best be even with Clowney, who is a bonafide first round pick.

It doesn't matter what Borges calls unless he can call for a play where Denard levitates and flies into the end zone. This team has a brutal front that will make running nearly impossible, and passing definitely impossible. The thing to hope for is the 2nd half ND game plan without turnovers and somehow scoring 15-22 while getting turnovers from SCAR. With a defensive TD, 4 FG, and 1 offensive TD, you might get 26 points, which could be enough. But that's about all you can hope for. They are good man.

I agree this team is better than some are getting credit for, but I don't agree with your dire forecast either.  First off, I was at that ND game, and we moved the ball great.  I was actually impressed with Borges game plan (minus the HB pass).  We were able to spread out a much more physical team and get our quick guys in space.  The problem with ND, is they manage to play a true bnd not break D.  When we played them, we moved it steadily, but they wouldn't give up big plays, which forced us to stay on the field and increased the odds we turn it over.

This is not an Alabama team that wil both faster and stronger.  I think it wil come down to not turning the ball over, and our defense continuing to play tough and keep people out of the end zone

Actually I have relatives that go to school there and have seen every game but one this year.  They are good but a major step down from Alabama, and probably ND for that matter.  Their defensive front is very good, after that they get pretty beatable.

They were a step up from Georgia on the field this year, they won 35-7. Apart from that their season was pretty meh, they laid an egg against Florida and barely beat weak Vandy and Tenn teams. They played LSU close, though.

SC beat Georgia early in the year. IIRC, Georgia had a few defensive starters out on suspension. At that time, Marcus Lattimore had two intact knee joints. At this moment, I believe Georgia is a better team than SC. Things can change during the season and sometimes the better team drops a game. Do you think Appy State beats Florida in the 2008 Capital One bowl?

are 25th and 23rd? Not as easy as splitting the difference, especially when we haven't been able to establish the run all year. But I will take it, especially if Borges goes bonkers with Denard and Devin.

Good test of our faith in Borges, I'd say, because there's zero reason not to pull every wild hair out of his yass.

I just want to wake up on New Year's slightly hungover and turn the game on and be like hell yeah Borges that's the offense I've been envisioning.

I'm fairly confident that we'll be 21-7 against the SEC when the offseason begins.

My only sadness with this is that I'll be in the middle of an 8 hour roadtrip on New Year's Day. I'm going to DVR it and try my hardest to not hear about it before I get home to watch it.
