6 years exactly after Bo passes away, I think he takes over Les Miles body for a quick performance to remind us all that it is, after all, beat Ohio week!

Ever meet Bo in person?  People have this concept that he was somehow this old crotchy grouch, but that was far from the case.  He had a tremendous sense of humor, a sparkling warm and fun side, could cut through more crap and pomp faster than anyone I ever met.  I was a summer building director for 2 years and met him in his office before the high school football camps back in 1980 and 1981.  I guarantee you Bo could and would easily do that (minus the expletive deletives) and I've seen him do that on a number of occassions.  Ever see his sideline antics on the holding call again us on a faked punt in his last Rose Bowl game????

I was at Death Valley yesterday for this game. 8 turnovers and yackity sax on both sides of the ball. I was a Michigan fan wearing purple in the Ole Miss section.... it was freaking great.

That being said, I think he's far better suited to LSU than Michigan.

I think JLS is in a category all by himself. That's what slapping yourself at a presser does.

Why do some people around here carry such disdain for miles?  He played here, he comes from the Schembechler tree, it appears that he wanted to coach here after Carr, and he's one of the most respected names in college football.

I find it amusing that people want to disown harbaugh, despite being more of an integral and respected part of this program than all but 20-30 people in its history, due to some slightly disloyal, yet true comments about our academics relative to stanford's.  Nevertheless, has miles even done so much as take a tiny dig at michigan that would warrant all of you loving the dude?

Him being one of the leading over signing guys has him in Saban territory.

I think more people had problems with Harbaugh doing it self-servingly, and that he would never have done it while Bo was alive. But if he had wanted to come here, he'd have been accepted. He'd have been an asshole, but he'd have been OUR asshole. Just like he was when he was here. He'd have been our Spurrier, saying things about other teams and stuff that wasn't always the most classy, but we'd be beating them, so we'd be fine with it.

I think we'd have adapted to Harbaugh's winning ways a lot easier than Miles.

That sounded very staged and pre-planned.  He went from cursing one minute to smiling and joking the next.  To me that means he wasn't really mad and was just acting to make his point.  I don't like the fakeness.  Be real, be yourself....if you're pissed be pissed, if not don't be.  Don't fake it.

Was in Vegas a couple weeks ago and there were tons of LSU fans around. Not a single one of them had any confidence in Les. He's truly the Mad Hatter to them. A total nutball capable of sinking their chances with a single fourth down call. These antics may seem quaint from a distance, but having this guy running your program has to be a drag.

How quickly they forget that their program did nothing for 40 years.  Saban built them into a national powerhouse and Miles has maintained it.  At this point (it's his eighth season) you can't say he's just riding Saban's coat tails.
