upsets the Irish. Nothing would make me happier than seeing Bama and Manti Teo lose in the same day. Fuck Nebraska too

That call to take back the Penn St. touchdown was atrocious.  I'm trying to judge as objectively as I can, and that ball was over the plain of the goal line.  Maybe Nebraska still wins, but that call was awful.

LSU just settled for another FG to cut the Mississippi State lead to one point. Les Miles is doing everything possible to troll the people who complained about his tendency to play scared on Tiger Droppings....

"The defense never got set for one second...." - referee's words

What a considerate man.

That being said, Mississippi State suffers through a blown screen, a pass made under pressure that results in a holding call and now a 48 yard FG...and it is good! 13-10 LSU. The Mad Hatter gambles against a player's ability and loses...

Our BiG championship game appearance hopes hinge on Minn and Iowa upsetting the cornhuskers.

Tough sledin! No matter what, the game will be spirited and very entertaining this year. Just gotta take care of Iowa next week and send the seniors out with a win.

And fing ell, Devin mutterfing Gardner!

BC showing a little life. They may be losing, but another week of close calls against lousy teams would surely hurt ND in the human polls.

Still, the Spaz has to go. Showing life isn't the same as playing competently. Every other pass, the recievers and QB aren't even on the same page.

Obviously Michigan has to win out for any shot at a BCS bowl but is it still possible even if Nebraska does too?

It looks like BCS bowls will have 2 teams from each the SEC, ACC, Big 12, plus ND and at least one each from the B1G and Pac 12. Stanford is 8-2 and has games at Oregon and at UCLA. If they lose to Oregon next week, they will be 8-3 with losses to Oregon, Washington, and ND. UCLA has WSU tonight, then USC and Stanford. If they beat USC but lose to Stanford, they will have three losses plus the Pac 12 CG. If Oregon State loses to Oregon, then they will also have three losses but one of them was to Washington.

In such a case, would a Michigan team that won out including over top five Ohio be higher ranked and able to get an at-large bid over a Pac 12, non-AQ, or Big East team?

has a problem

He won a National Championship with Tommie Tubberville's boys and a QB who may or may not have been on the take.  With the majority of the team now his kids they are just terrible and badly undersized in the SEC.

Fire him now, two yeas removed from a National Title or do you wait him out?
