VIDEO: Defense vs. Nebraska Every Snap
Most people say good defense isn't as much fun to watch as good offense. They are not afflicted with Schembechler Syndrome. This game didn't bother me as much as say 2010 Wisconsin. Sure, I had to avoid the internet for 48 hours, but this defense is even better than we thought. Elite defense, 50 yard field goals and no offense less than 2 years after RR exited The Fort. Mission Complete.

Could you not post the video of the offense this week? Or maybe only post the plays that Denard was in on?
I'm not really sure if I'm kidding or not.

I'm probably going to do the Denard snaps and then have five minutes of clips of him on the sideline with his coat on.

He may have gotten himself drafted on Saturday night. Played a hell of a game.

Thanks to Desmond the idiots at EA will continue to have their linebackers with 14 ft. verticals. Damn good play.

Watching this half of the game again really makes me feel confident about our chances in Columbus this year, assuming Denard is healthy.

instead of "confident"? I'd like to think we can expose them for the mediocre team they are, but I can't say I'm confident we will.

I can't stop watching the play of Roh running through the RB on his sack. I mean, he doesn't even slow him down. The best part is the RB is still on his feet at the end of the play looking around like what the hell happened?

I bet Vincent Smith could take him (as much as you would expect a RB to be able to block someone anyways)

It's so much more dominant than opposing team's offenses. I love true Big ten defense.

how on earth is that not a penalty in the first minute of the video? the guy is literally on gallon's back as he catches the ball.

One long first down the D gave up, that was a stellar performance. By far the best D in the B1G and can't be far from the best D in the entire country. I can't wait till they get their (coachs) recruits out there in the next couple years. Go Blue

Ehhh...I'd still have to give the title of "Best B1G defense" to Michigan State but UM is pretty close and may very well pass them in a year or two.

As of today, Michigan State and Michigan are first and second in the conference in total defense respectively, and 5th and 9th in the country, so it is a top ten performance. When you hold a team with Nebraska's legs on offense to only 60% of its average net rushing yardage and only a bit over half of its normal scoring, for starters, that says a lot.

Well the defensive problems have been taken care of, now let's see if we can get some offensive support.
