Wow he couldn't even stand up straight, motor skills are affected by that impact. Get him a head CT. Damn I know things look worse than they really are sometimes but he looked, well, not so good.
October 20th, 2012 at 2:46 PM ^
That pass from Guiton has no velocity. It's going to be tough for them to mount the comeback without Miller.
Also, doink!
October 20th, 2012 at 2:47 PM ^
Dang, I really hope he's okay. Miller walking off to the cart looked bad, hate to see that with any one
October 20th, 2012 at 2:47 PM ^
It looks like even shallow breaths are excruciating. I feel for the kid, that's a terrible and pretty scary kind of pain.

Stop running up the middle Purdue

Braxton looks awful. Feel bad for him.
September/October Heisman, win all early games in season, poor defense, quarterback getting knocked out of games. I've seen this movie...
October 20th, 2012 at 2:48 PM ^
Wow, Miller looked aweful. I'm suprised they even let him walk anywhere, usually that is something they bring the cart onto the field for.
P.S. this guy shouldn't be speculating on his injury.
October 20th, 2012 at 2:51 PM ^
Didn't really speculate as much as observe and say what he saw. I just noted below, but it's the best sideline reporting I've seen, it had actual information.
October 20th, 2012 at 2:49 PM ^
Glad to see them burning those TOs early
October 20th, 2012 at 2:55 PM ^
Lewis actually had the most actual news out of a sideline reporter I've ever heard. Good stuff from him. By what he's saying this isn't ribs, guys. His head and/or neck were affected.
October 20th, 2012 at 2:53 PM ^
Geez. They don't need to lose Hankins now, too..
October 20th, 2012 at 2:55 PM ^
You have to take sideline reports with a grain of salt. All he really said was they were checking is neck and arm strength. Looking at how he reacted getting up and moving I would say it is a rib injury. I've had those before and it hurts to move anything. I would think if it was really a head injury then he would have been laid out and a collar put on him right away to restrict his movements. I saw him moving his hands right after the hit so I don't think he was knocked out at all.

Wisconsin seems to be back to their old self. Running game looks real good.
October 20th, 2012 at 2:58 PM ^
Safety!!
October 20th, 2012 at 2:59 PM ^
Ohio State gives the Boilermakers two points there with an illegal block in the back in the end zone. 22-14 Purdue. Otherwise, nice little scramble by Guiton for what would have been a 1st down perhaps. Thanks, Urban - I smiled there.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:03 PM ^
I'll take it, but that was a weak call.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:00 PM ^
If Purdue beats the would-be #7 team, 2 weeks after we throttled Purdue, does that mean that M should be like #4 or 5???

A&M misses a long field goal and is still down 12-14.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:02 PM ^
Feel bad as I can for a Buckeye. Miller's a tough dude. Off to the hospital apparently.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:06 PM ^
I can't stand the Suckeyes but never want to see a kid go down with an injury that sends them to the hospital. Prayers are with him and his family.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:04 PM ^
He has serious head trauma. Probably swelling causing loss of the motor skills. He needs to get to the hospital. Maybe ribs too.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:10 PM ^
But I drove by one last night on my way home from the office. I was making my un educated medical guess on what was wrong.

Stop running up the middle Purdue
Seriously, the play calling that drive makes me think Purdue is now trying not to lose. Do you know the best way to lose against a team that's probably better than you? By playing not to lose.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:06 PM ^
I suppose Purdue is betting Ohio won't be able to drive the field. Which, admittedly, is a safe bet
October 20th, 2012 at 3:13 PM ^
Play with fire, get yourself burned.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:14 PM ^
The fat lady is warming up.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:14 PM ^
Only one timeout for Ohio. This could ice the game.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:14 PM ^
Purdue just Purdid! Interception!
October 20th, 2012 at 3:15 PM ^
Down goes the "Best Team in the Big Ten".
October 20th, 2012 at 3:15 PM ^
I hope there are a ton of recruits at that Ohio game.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:16 PM ^
I know they got the INT anyways but there were some obvious holds on the right side of the OSU line on those last 2 plays
October 20th, 2012 at 3:17 PM ^
In Ohio Stadium Ohio commits no holding on offense. Never.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:19 PM ^
More plz
October 20th, 2012 at 3:19 PM ^
That is great.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:21 PM ^
Man Danny Hope is good at beating OSU.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:23 PM ^
It's not over yet. It's still Purdue.
October 20th, 2012 at 3:23 PM ^
Oh man Purdue is going to Purdon't
October 20th, 2012 at 3:24 PM ^
Why does no one cover Devin Smith at the end of games
October 20th, 2012 at 3:25 PM ^
Don't blow this Purdue!!!!
October 20th, 2012 at 3:27 PM ^
BS PI call...of course they throw flags. Such garbage anymore
October 20th, 2012 at 3:28 PM ^
I thought it was a pretty textbook call actually
October 20th, 2012 at 3:27 PM ^

October 20th, 2012 at 3:28 PM ^
