Otish: M go Halloween costumes?

Submitted by Helloheisman on
Just wondering what the mgo world is thinking about Halloween costume wise this year... Only reason I would think this would be somewhat on topic is regarding what were doing and if anyone else has done something like this. My wife and I have decided on going as Bo (myself) and she is going as woody, which is fitting as she is an Ohio fan.

with the boards, and the internet in general.  sometimes without a clear-cut     /s       at the end of the post, i cannot tell if someone is being sarcastic or not.  To the poster gajensen I apologize for not getting it if you were being sarcastic.  If you weren't being sarcastic, then i stand by my original post.  but to AndrewG- thanks for calling me out either way :-)

Was gonna throw on my Wings jersey and hockey helmet and cloak some chains/locks around it to be the NHL lockout and/or locked out NHL player. But hopefully we will have no lockout come Halloween with the new offer on the table!

Love the kids dressed up as Denard. I wish he was the qb when I was a kid so I could've done the same.

I've got a pretty solid rebel fighter costume I made a couple years ago, probably just end up wearing that.  I thought about Hermes or Scruffy from Futurama, both of those are a little obscure though.

I'm debating between my classic "buy the ugliest suit at Salvation Army" and the way too easy "throw on a sideline polo, M hat and slacks and call myself a coach". As of right now its looking like I'm going to be a coach since its free to me.

were thinking about Terrence & Phillip and the Queef Sisters. Only three of us know South Park though, so trying to get a twenty-one year old girl to dress as a "Queef Sister" might be too tall of an order.

My brother and I will be going out as "The Fog." We're dressing up in huge, billowing costumes with dry ice/fog machine just blasting fog at all the bars we go to. Will probably have a group of 5 or so people all creating havoc everywhere we go.

Me and my buddies were thinking about goin as the cast from that 70's show. It may not be totally obvious from what we wear, but that acting will be the most important thing. I'll be Red. My foot in ass jokes will be key all night.

A word of advice...While in school at WMU I decided to put together an Awesomeo costume out of boxes and it was pretty awesome to say the least.  Well we decided to go to a house party...ya bad choice on my part.  Try walking around in a house party wearing a huge box.  Everyone kept yelling "Move BOX!"  and I was always..."I am not a box damnit...I am Awesomeo!"

I asked my son just the other day actually who or what he would like to be for Halloween and he in fact said, "The guy with the long hair that tackels everyone", so we will create some sort of Jake Ryan outfit for him. My daughter opted for being one of the Power Rangers, and as for me, for the Python fans, I shall be Arthur Figgis....

Spartan helmet, orange prison jumpsuit. Classic, priceless, send me a pic.

Twice I meant to wear this costume to my (sparty dominated) in-laws' party, but both of those days' games (Illinois 2009 and Penn State 2010) were such awful losses I left the costume at home and was the only person not dressed up. Misopogal's family thinks I hate Halloweeen.

I'll be going around the neighborhood slapping Arby's stickers on children's costumes, dressing my dog up as a box of Curly Fries, rebranding my neighbor's house with a special Night Game Uniformz paint job, and spray painting #GoBlue in everyone's yard

but even with the CCCP sticker on my helmet I'm sure they'll ask "are you Neil Armstrong?" ugh. I weep for our future generation.
