One of these days, Ohio is going to lose because Miller is going to have a bad day.  Probably against a team that isn't in the bottom fourth in D in conference or nation.  Fortunatly for them MSU has a bottom fourth O to accompany their awesome D.  Such is the life a team in the B1G.

That's a perfectly fair viewpoint, but I would point out one difference. NU would run up the score in the fourth quarter with a fullback dive by a walk-on from Ogallala. Urban ran his starting back outside the tackles up 18 with 50 seconds left. Nonetheless, it's the defense's responsibility to stop the guy with the ball, and NU can't, well, do that. No sympathy for NU requested, just venom for Meyer, please.

I submit that there's a bit of space in between 'pity' and 'being an asshole' that Urban could have shot for. That said, the defense needs to notice that one team is still playing and try to make contact with the guy carrying the brown oblong object before he embarrasses you even further.

To be clear: Urban = jerk; NU defense = theoretical.

is gonna win the rest of their games, at Neb will be challenging and so will ohio but I like our chances.

Just think, had we not gifted the Irish that victory where we pretty much dominated them, we would have 1 loss  and near or in the top ten after todays Purdue shellacking.

I say we end up anywhere from 10-4 to 12-2 this year. See what I did there, I have us in the BTCG

No. No. No. No. No.  South Carolina is not for real.  They almost lost to freaking Vandy.  And the team with one of the worst teams in B1G is the best team?!??  Because their non-confernece sucked?  And MSU has the worst scoring O in the B1G and Neb one of the worst D's in the B1G!?  Why do these people have jobs still?

I forgot Oregon was playing tonight. That's ok though because I makes me a starter for Washington. The only thing I know from tuning in is that the PAC-12 is Oregon, USC and then everyone else minus WSU.

I'd throw USC in that thread.   Stanford beat USC, Washington beat Stanford,  Oregon currently thrashing that same Washington team.

I just think its Oregon then everyone else in the Pac 12, I think USC could lose a couple more

I just give USC the benefit of the doubt that they had a bad game but I could live with them out as well. Stanford is overrated but at the same time many teams are so I guess they might be spot on given the turmoil of the top 25.

Iowa at Michigan State next week, could be by our lonesome at the top of the division.

Not much in the way of good games next week, hence the Illinois @ Michigan being the ABC game.

Kansas State goes to Iowa State in a battle of unbeatens.

South Carolina goes to LSU, cocks for real for real?

Maybe Tenn at Miss State will be good.

Bust out the six sided coin and you might get the answer. Like someone else stated earlier though, the winner of the Big Ten won't feel like one for long. It's like buying the bullets for your execution if Oregon plays in the Rose Bowl.
