Fitz goes down after that first hit I think.  I'd love to see a lot more of Rawls going forward.

307 rushing yards for Michigan versus 47 for Purdue.  Not bad.  To think that there were talking heads that really thought this was going to be a Purdue win.

I think rumors of Michigan's demise/Purdue's resurgence were slightly exaggerated. Suck it Herby, Corso, Valenti, Stoney, et al. Hootie was the only sane one on the Gameday set today.

to Indy if the defense plays the way they have in the last two games, and turnovers on offense are kept to a reasonable level. Only missing link, at the moment, is the RB running game. Not sure what do to there, I still think it is largely due to a lack of holes, but maybe a couple more carries for Rawls may be in order.

yeah, I don't see how it's possible for Fitz to gain, what, 17 yards on 17 carries, while denard pops over 200 easily. Unless purdue's gameplan was, uh, yeah, let's shut down toussaint and make denard beat us, those numbers make no sense. I to this day, am actually shocked that he was a 1000 yard rusher last year. That's kind of crazy, because he really doesn't run like it. Not particularly big, not particularly strong, and not all that quick. Either he's the recipient of Borges' worst plays, or he's just not really star material. Either way, we need to find a workhorse back (Derrick Green, maybe?) for the future.

Also, I think we can remove the possibility of Fitz going pro after this season.
