More proof that Mike Martin is related to the Incredible Hulk:

Good lord; dude eats the souls of lesser men. Or he eats steel for breakfast and shits out fully-assembled Buicks before lunch. In the spirit of the "bold predictions" thread, I'm also going to say that I fully expect an Alan Branch-esque year out of MM by the end of his career at Michigan.

Martin pushed a door into me one time on accident. It wasn't like he just opened it either. He threw the door open. We were both about to be late to class. He was hauling ass and just bolted throught the door. I almost fell over.

For those too lazy to look it up (or don't have the roster memorized). From left to right 68 - Mike Martin 25 - Kenny Demens 23 - Floyd Simmons 14 - Teric Jones 15 - Thomas Gordon 73 - Will Campbell 55 - Brandon Graham 62 - Dominique Ware 33 - Boubacar Cissoko 84 - Cameron Gordon I was going to say that the common thread was that they are all from the East side of the State of Michigan and on Defense. But I know Cameron Gordon is listed as a WR. So yeah, I don't know. Good picture nonetheless.

Does anyone else get the urge to yell "MARTIN SMASH" after seeing this picture? Maybe I will have to yell that after every sack he gets this season...

I'm doing that with "Death Roh" when Craig becomes our pass rush guy. Maybe when they're both regularly on the field together, we can start calling our defensive line the crab people.

What is neat to see is how little body fat there is on this group of young men as a whole (Will Campbell excepted, but apparently he is shedding his as well). Not only are they big...but they look athletic as well...great picture.

Hey guys, first post, silent lurker for a while. But yeah, the common theme is Detroit, Catholic Central's official name is Novi DETROIT Catholic Central. Inkster is considered Detroit and Kenny Demmen's school is Detroit Country Day School. Thought I'd clarify. As for MM's size, i played for U of D Jesuit (luckily on defense) and he would do terrible things to our O-Line...horrific things. Big Will is no slouch either, I went to Cass's Prom and HC and danced right next to him...I'll just say, very light on his feet.

This photo was labeled on Rivals as something like "The Detroiters" or "The Detroit Crew" or something like that. I don't think the photo organizers really cared that Detroit Country Day isn't actually in Detroit. And Inkster (i.e. Cameron Gordon) isn't in Detroit proper, either.

62 Dominique Ware DT 5-7 248 Jr./So. Detroit, Mich. (Inkster) five seven and 248? well I don't feel so bad about my height and weight anymore, lol although his body fat % just might be a wee bit lower than mine :)

Martin is so big...Michigan will get called for too many men on the field whenever he plays. But it settles the question about GERG's defensive scheme. It will be a four man front. Mike Martin and two defensive ends.

Martin is so big that when he sits around the house, he sits around the house. Martin is so big than his mom has to iron his pants in the driveway. Martin is so big that his calves are bigger than most people's calves. Martin is so big that he has to shop in the husky section at JC Penney. *Also, fuxpert.
