End of the world is officially coming. Notre Dame is 4-0.

For once instead of being overhyped and not living up to expectations, they have been underhyped and are doing better than anyone thought. This is ridiculous.

I'm not even really upset about the outcome of the game. Well, I am. But I'm much more upset about the collective fellatio the sports media will perform on Notre Dame over the next several weeks.

Snowflake moment: Look at the Big Ten. We are totally going to the Rose Bowl this year.

Honestly, the trajectory of this team is very similar to last year.   The B1G is down and we seem to be (defensively) be improving as we go. There is not a B1G team that we should not beat going forward.

That was the worst I ever saw.  And unlike Denard, he was not moving the ball effectively when he wasn't turning it over.

But he came back strong the next year once he learned to recognize uniform colors, and beat Ohio State and USC in the Rose Bowl.  Demetrius Brown 1988 - one of my favorite Michigan QBs of all time.

So about Notre Dame's "weak" secondary......

Looks like those converted Wide-Receivers and true freshmen were too much for a heisman candidate Denard Robinson.

We didn't execute and their d line was very good as advertised. It was not the DBs forcing the errors. Two made two of those picks. The other throws were gifts and if you have been really trolling this board better you would realize most here don't think Denard will win the Heisman. Class. All class.

fire brady hoke. he clearly is not the man for the job. last years record was a combination of luck and teams giving us the win. this year we've played 4 games and 3 of them have been atrocious. choke is clearly not capable of being the coach of a big time program.

I really hope you're just too drunk to realize what you're saying. Saying we should fire a guy who won us a Sugar Bowl, brought our defense back to respectability, and is reeling in top-flight talent with arguably the best defensive coordinator in the country is absolutely ludicrous.

If you really mean that, I'd be ashamed to call you a Michigan fan.

shit like, "well, at least that's the best defense we'll see the rest of year".  Let's face the facts, our offense as a whole isn't very good.  When Denard is really on, we're good.  When he isn't...we suck.  Our Oline hasn't opened a hole for the rbs yet this season against a decent defense.

If we are truly honest, we could finish 6-6 just as easily as 8-4.  Nebraska and OSU will be very difficult places to play and MSU will bring the house on Oct 20.  Hell, I think we'll struggle with Purdue in two weeks as we try to shake off this loss.

The scary thing is what will we do if Denard goes down, we don't have anyone behind him.  Not saying the sky is falling, but this season is starting to teeter on the edge.

Who's going to play QB next yr?  We won't get to elite for at least three years.

5th on Scout.com... Remember we still have probably the toughest schedule in the nation, playing 4 top 25 worthy teams on the road this season.  Like Brady says, this team is a work in progress.  There will be some growing pains
