Someone mentioned last week that my last diary post in the same vein was helpful so I did this again. It's obviously a round-up using the Big Ten blog and a couple other sources but if it's helpful, I don't mind continuing it.

very helpful. Interesting that M is at #2 on special teams as per Rittenberg even though he has questions about kicker. FWIW my answer is to have Space Emperor drop kick field goals until Gibbons is game ready.

Any idea if he put out team rankings for Offense and Defense?

Also, this whole celebrate the state business is annoying as hell. Gonna be rooting for the directionals in all those games, particularly English and the Emus.

I'm extremely interested to see how much the breakdown in communication played into the bad play last season. I can't wait to see how the defense performs. Obviously, this is the big question.
Less than two weeks... awesome.

considering the fact game tape shows the defense often yelling amongst themselves and waving that they don't understand while the coaches and players on the sideline had a seizure bc OMG IT'S A QB DRAW PLAY MAN AND LOCK UP THE FRONT N840FB480FGH3408HG... i'd think it's safe to say clarity wasn't a key point in last year's defense.
