to keep the ball on some of the option plays.  Why has he not run with it? His accuracy minus the last play to Gallon sucks tonight. I agree the future does look bright.

Alabama is the better team. But they missed the play where Rawls was facemasked but saw Lewan's hold. The missed the interference call on the INT. The Alabama DB pushed the WR out of bounds past 5 yds. There have been a few more. I don't think we would be winning, but I think the game could be closerwith a few calls going our way.

On the plus side

  • Norflet looked good
  • Kickoffs too
  • Punts too
  • Gardner is a full time receiver
  • Did I just see UofM cheerleaders showing some skin?!? Whoah!  Thats a first isnt it?

But then on the negative side

  • Denard didn't actually get any better at passing :(
  • 1st down, vincent smith up the middle, every. single. time.
  • Denard, Lewan, Countess, and tight end banged up
  • Gardner is a full time receiver (doesnt bode well for next year)

I didn't really have much hope we'd win, but everything I was hoping we'd be better at this year we werent....and we got trounced, pretty demoralizing.  Please beat up on AF, UMASS, and ND!

I noticed others were having the same problems with the liveblog on iPhone. I had problems too. In case the official MGoTechDept is reviewing to fix this for next week, the problem for me was that the liveblog header (and polls) took up the top 95% of my screen, and I could only see about half a line of liveblog content scrolling by at the bottom. Couldn't get the header to disappear so that I could just see the posts. Maybe another test run is in order.
