Charlie Weis on the Beach

http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/columns/story?columnist=wojciechowski_ge… The worst part of this story is the visual caused by the first sentence: "So a couple of years ago Charlie Weis was sitting on a beach in Puerto Rico when a USC grad, of all people, approached the Notre Dame coach and asked whether Albert Pujols, who was sitting a shovel pass away with his family, could stop by and say hello." I can write off lunch today.

It's irrelevant that he nearly died. Also note that he didn't nearly die "during the operation" but rather from post-operative bleeding. Frankly it was a pretty clear cut case. The doctors' reason for not immediately conducting a second operation (i.e. risk of pulmonary embolism) pretty well destroyed any chance that a jury would find that the doctors breached a duty.

I hope CHAZ had enough common sense to wear a One PIece bathing Suit, (ala Beula Ball Breaker from Porkies, Weis' separated at birth twin?) I hate it when fatties wear inappropriate Two Piece Bathing Suits. Normally CHAZ is fearful of beaches. He is afraid a Giant Cat will stroll along the beach, see him in the sand, and use its paws to cover him up.
