M Hockey FR Goalie Racine to wear #1, first time in 20+ years
Well the question has been answered about Steven Racine today, he is on the roster. Something also interesting, Racine is the first Michigan hockey player since Tim Keough in the 1990-91 season to wear the #1 jersey.

tyrone butterfield was actually granted the #1 jersey for HOCKEY. Due to a clerical error, he was given the FOOTBALL #1 jersey by the equipment manager, who also told him to report to Schem. Hall instead of Yost in the fall of 1995. Thus explaining why Turone MFing Butterfield wore the #1.
