Nah, that's not it.  It's just the attitude -- "AHHHH, it's a new guy, keep far away, don't talk to him, and don't offer him any help or advice".  However, same jock goes out on the street and when he sees an unathletic person thinks "That guy should really hit the gym".

Even still, I'd think that this was funny if it was executed properly -- but did any of these lines get a laugh out of you guys?

The worst part of NARPS is when they monopolize like 3 pieces of equipment at a time and then take 3 minute breaks between sets. They rarely wipe down their equipment, and never use proper technique on anything. Cross fit dig was priceless.

Meh.

I really like Mr. Gritterson, but that video was pretty lame. The concept wasn't funny, the dialogue wasn't funny and the acting was elementary. But yeah, meh.

I love you Pat.

And I absolutely love you Zack.

But I don't know about this... You've done better Pat. Perhaps I can never even fictionally believe that Novak would ever be nothing but a 100% nice guy.

Those NARPS looked fairly athletic. The only gag that got a chuckle out of me was the bit about taking their shirts off... because let's face it, the real comedy potential here lies in the jocks mocking themselves against the backdrop of "regular people", but there wasn't much to that effect.

Summary: Not as funny as Birdemic

Honestly it had a better production value than most of the SNL skits over the last 15 years or so. NARPS>>>>cats shooting lasers out of their asses or whatever.
