Tate Forcier sighting
In for Hamilton in the preseason game vs. Toronto. First play was a bit of vintage Tate, making some guys miss on a scramble, second play pass batted down. He certainly doesn't look like he has added a lot of muscle/weight. Good luck to the kid though.
Threw a pick the second series after some decent scrambling..
Tate had at least 10 yards if he tucks the ball down and runs. Threw it on the run about 15 yards short of where it needed to be.

I think he is done for this game. Lefevour likely in for the 4th quarter.
glad that he's out there still chasing his dream playing football. But man, shoulda got a degree from somewhere.
It didn't look like he has learned much football-wise in the past 18 months. It might be time for him to enroll in a JUCO and get on with his life.
If he goes to a JUCO, can he still play football after going pro/canadian pro?

Back when he was a prospect, wasn't he the guy that rode a train every day or something like that so that he could train with some elite trainer or something like that?
I don't know, but he is the guy who said "You really have to try to flunk out here." Of course this was right before becoming academically ineligible and essentially flunking out of school.
LeFevour has looked passable; I think after today Tate probably has a bit of catching up to do.

LeFevour just hit a guy named Charbonneau for a 20 yard TD. Put it in the right spot; excellent throw.
LeFevour was actually a really good college quarterback, and for more than just a year. I think Tate has a lot to do to catch up to someone like that. Talent-wise he may have a small edge, but he's way behind in everything else.
On the flip side i ran into David Cone at the Flying Bisquit just outside atlanta GA this past Sunday. I was star struck and extremely awkward.
