OT - ND Safety Collinsworth out 4-6 months
I think most believe he was going to be in the 2 deep. The problem for ND is that they are already lacking depth in the secondary.
Their secondary was very thin before the injury. Now, it could be bad enough to really derail the entire season for the Irish and potentially cost Kelly his job.
I had no idea that a torn labia could keep a football player sidelined for such a long time.
/s :0)
I see what you did there.
that is unlikely, to say the least
if im not mistaken, that's cris collinsworth's kid.
From the article:
Collinsworth played in all 26 games in his first two seasons, primarily on special teams, totaling 25 tackles and forcing one fumble.
Good luck to the kid. Wish him the best, but gotta start wondering about the "luck" of the Irish..
The Irish are getting the yang for all of their years of ying.
- Holtz - liar/cheater
- O'Leary - nice resume buddy
- Ty - hey look we got one too
- Weiss - schematically advantaged prick
- Kelly - what, why should I be accountable for that?
Notre Dame has a lot of 'karma' payback before they get any of their 'Luck' back.
No insult for Bob Davie?
You are sort of a dick.
I don't wish injuries on college kids, but yes, this does help Michigan. Injuries are indeed part of the game and I'm not going to feel sorry for a kid who plays for one of Michigan's opponents because he is going to miss the game against the Wolverines. Winning is the most important thing.
Yeah, it's not like he has a blown out knee or crazy consussion that will end his career and affect his life. He'll only miss a few games, and I'm glad it's against us.
Side note: David in Wyoming's post is moderated "insightful" which is pretty funny, even if it's at my expense.
I feel bad for the kid. Tough luck.
As for ND, after experiencing NEVER FORGET, I look upon their supposed "depth issues" and scoff. They know not the meaning of "depth issues."
It sounds like that convenient time already happened, and he is recovering from the surgery.
It can't, if you are trying to tackel 225 lb halfbacks and even bigger tight ends. Labrum tears are usually fine, but they lead to instability in the shoulder, one of two ball and socket joints in the body. Last thing you want as a contact sport player is instability in your shoulder. Not getting it fixed can lead to repeated dislocations and nerve damage
The labia are parts of the female genitalia. So, if he tore his "labia," then ND must have real problems.
(though it would make it easier to understand why he might be part of the "two deep.")
who comments on the torn "labia"
But I now see the /s notation. Sorry.
it is all busted to shit.
*shrugs*
Next time ND feels bad about our depth problems will be the first.
We're Michigan Fergodsakes
Can't imagine torn labias smell good
