in there.  In the image below, Hoke is literally bigger than life but it doesn't look right with him any smaller.  Maybe I'll find a better image of him and substitute, especially with Taylor in the pic now.  Even better might be a take on chunkums' animated gif...

That wont last long once he gets on campus.  The general consensus is he a sure fire redshirt anyways.  Not every incoming freshman has been in the weight room to the same degree, if anything it means his ceiling is even higher once he actually gets in there.  With that said, it would be ncie to see him trim up a bit before he gets on campus (which he has plenty of time to do).

EDIT: looking at that picture a bit closer it looks as if the wind could be balooning his shirt up a bit.

I actually kind of worry about that. He has played into / played up the recruiting hype so much that he's set what may turn out to be impossibly high expectations. I hope it all works out, but I have a feeling he may be considered a bust by some regardless of how well he actually plays when he gets to UM.

See quote below about him liking to be called overrated.  He took a lot of heat for his performance in Dallas, then stepped it up this weekend.  Kid has the drive to go with some pretty good skills.  Hook him up with the coaches at U-M and I think we will all be impressed with this kid when his career at U-M is complete.

But I applaud and agree with you.  "Too much" could be easilly applied to Shane's efforts to be public.  Concerned that there could be a backlash, but more concerned that he can handle the probable really bad days that all athletes have at this level (even seasons) and especially when his PR is controlled by Hoke.  Got all the skills in the world and tremendous potential.  Should tone down and be more internally motivated in my opinion.  The Team, The Team, The Team.
