Elite 11 Updates
The Elite 11 Columbus regionals began today, and right now there is a thread over at 24/7 with live updates from some of the staff writers there.
A ton of B1G QB committs are there, including Shane Morris. The one comment on him so far has been from Steve Wiltfong saying "He's been sharp," and he tweeted something of the like as well.
Other B1G committs there are NW committ Matt Aliviti and Purdue committ Danny Etling, along with ND committ Malik Zaire and OSU target Mitch Trubisky.
So far positive comments on all of them. Zaire seems to be getting the most praise, but Morris also seems to be doing well. I would also keep an eye on Etling, the Purdue committ, for when we steal our yearly Purdue committ.

this one's better
By the way, Shane just made the top group and won the Elite11 MVP at Columbus.
Shane will get that bid
Damn I'm good
MSU QB Damian Terry and OSU QB-but-not-really Jalin Marshall are also there
Some guy named Bob Lichtenfels just tweeted this:

Man, Morris and Malik Zaire both look great today. #Elite11
And one of the 247sports guys says Purdue's QB commit looks the best...
And a 3 star TX QB won the Dallas Elite 11 when some other 247sports guy was saying that Morris was really seperating himself. All this stuff seems pretty subjective with like 30 people scouting.
So, most of these folks don't know what they're talking about? Ok, cool!
#Michigan commit Shane Morris named Elite 11 MVP
Congrats to Shane! Redemption feels awesome.
Of course it's subjective, it's only up to Trent Dilfer and his coaching staff.
Shane named MVP at Elite 11 per Allen Trieu on twitter.

Edit: Beat me to it. For some reason when I checked this thread there was nothin but apparently you posted two minutes before me. Did it really take me that long to post this? That's embarassing.
I knew he would get MVP
We're happy for you.
Most people seem to have Morris 1 and Zaire 2 in their analysis. Which I agree with. Morris had a rough time down in Texas but he is still one of the top 5 QBs in the country. Zaire had a good day. Something you weren't able to see at this event is his athleticism.
