BWC has a cast on his left hand
that wasnt a cast,it powdered sugar.
+1 to you sir.lol
He probably just has a little boo boo. Hopefully it isn't too serious and he is more than ready to go at the beginning of fall camp.
Best time of the year to have a cast.... or a boot.... or a stinger....
"Alright everyone, if you're going to get injured this year, please get it out of the way now."
I wasn't there to see it but I do know that it is not uncommon for athletes to have "soft casts" made for non-serious injuries just to limit range of motion and minor contact. These are the casts you see people wearing in games all the time. Seems more likely than a full on broken-bone type cast... I hope.
Splints (total knuckle orthosis, walking boots) can be given for not-too-serious fractures such as a non-displaced metacarpal fx or stress fractures.
BWC may very well have busted a metacarpal. Thank God it's not the fall.
He should rock a mohawk and we can call him Clubber.
Doubt it's a big deal, and if it's something bad at least it should get healed up over summer.
Being the time of year that it is, the only problem i see is that it might prevent him from hitting the weight room as hard as he needs to. Hopefully it's not a big deal.
