This is one of those games that is so polarizing for me. I desperately want to see an improved Denard Robinson make solid decisions against a good defense. I'm also scared to death of the possibility that they expose our new lineman.
149 days seems like an eternity right now but it always seems like spring ball ends and we're suddenly playing football games again. That anxious feeling never changes.
I don't know about 300 passing yards. If he doesn't turn the ball over and makes good rushing reads we should be able to make it a game. Alabama is going to give him a multitude of NFL type looks and fronts to play against so he just needs to be smart. If he tries to fit the ball into spaces we're going to be looking at a massacre.
I'm skeptical of their offense. They've still got talent but they haven't ever played an aggressive style and without Trent Richardson I think we can stay within striking distance throughout the game.
Tay stiff arming that guy. I'm gonna miss that moutain goat
Now that basketball season is over, it is officially There Are...season on the blog. Let us mark time as a community.
Sigh. It's going to be a long five months, isn't it?
(Not that I don't love the There Are posts, I just can't wait for the season to start again)
I think it should be noted that there are exactly 200 days until October 20th when sparty comes to Ann Arbor to get smacked. They seem very confident about winning 5 in a row but its not happening. Michigan is gonna win by at least 2 touchdowns.
And their will be much rejoicing.
And in East Lansing, many a couch shall burn.
Alabama's defense will be good. I'm interested to see how DROB and the offense will match up against good physical defense. I think our defense will play well but still am worried about the offense being controlled up front. Even if we lose, I just hope it is a good close game. I would love it if we could win this one.
ND will probably be a close game. As always they will be out for revenge against us...but I think they will make their ND mistakes and DROB will take advantage.
Im guessing a very close game decided by 6 or less ..
Alabama will show lots of nfl d style looks but thank god we have denard practicing everyday against a d that also gives alot of nfl looks i think that will help out a great deal when playing against bama.I believe we will see a different drob this yr if he can just keep the turnovers down even with the tough schedule i think we can do big things this yr.
Nick Saban has never made a poor life decision. Well that is unless you don't count being born in West Virginia. Which come to think of it, he really couldn't control. So yeah, Nick Saban has never made a poor life decision.
