Hey man I'm just trying to support the team.
My inner mid-90's Red Wings fan shudders at the thought of a Michigan kid playing for the Devils.
lit it up in NJ.
It's only a tryout contract so he's going to need a great camp to stick, hopefully he can do it.
Edit: Just a side note in the college hockey world, First team All-Michigan Annihilator Torey Krug has left MSU to tryout for the Bruins.
Still waiting on Merrill, who has to talk to a ton of people, but Bennett says he's not going to leave Michigan. Pateryn isn't signing with Montreal until after he finishes school, even though they want him to join their AHL team (he's a senior, but worth noting anyway). I haven't heard anything about Moffie yet.
We'll see what happens.
