Well sonofabitch that doesn't help us much, now does it? I still hope it's TE. I like the TE position. I think JJ would be good at it. When JJ gets to school the youngest TE will be a junior, plus this helps take care of the logjam situation we have at WR. Perfect.

Yeah, I loved the old Tuman, Riemersma and Joppru days, but the athletic TE is a fun position. A behaved Carson Butler had great potential there, as does Koger I think. Not so much a skinny tackle who can catch, but rather a bulked up WR who can block a little, and run over DBs when necessary. JJ will need to put on some poundage, but then I think he will be a good fit there.

Here's how I feel about the whole facebook creepiness thing. Not creepy: Getting information from a facebook front page, especially the very public stuff (i.e. status, wall posts, profile picture of him wearing an M hat, etc.). Creepy: Anything where you are spending a lot of time on a recruits page, such as looking through all of his pictures until you find him in an M hat, friending him when you've never met him, and especially sending messages to him saying how awesome he is and that he should come to M to Fuck.Shit.Up. The one exception is if you actually know the person. For example, if you are a Huron student, maybe even a Huron football player and you actually know Jeremy, as in you are his facebook friend not because he is just an M recruit, then you can do whatever the hell you want on his facebook, and if you want to share that info then it's your business.

Until Beaver confirms with Jeremy Jackson that indeed Jeremy Jackson wrote on Jeremy Jackson's Facebook page that he is changing positions, I will have to take Jeremy Jackson's own words with a grain of salt.

i played with JJ and i know damn well that he is not going to be playing defense. Watching him try to tackle was mildly amusing. So TE is the only position that makes sense.
