OT - Indie hip hop artist sports Block M

Submitted by Wisconsin Wolverine on

Yonas is an unsigned musician from the Bronx, so I don't know much about how he came to support the maize & blue, but it's pretty cool to see him rocking the Block M hat in this music video.  Plus, well ... it's a good day to listen to music & celebrate being in a Wolverine!

This is the first thread I've posted, so it's a bit of an experiment.  Let me know with your downvotes & comments if it's not mGoWorthy.  Hope you enjoy!

Your post is fine; unless I'm missing something, people would be off-base saying otherwise.

It's the offseason and IMO we need as many threads as we can get, as long as they're within reason.

The only thing good about that is the Hat-The rap is terrible and who lets their kid in a video that there is cussing and the "N" word.  No offense to the post but video is booty-in common language its terrible.  My opinion

I have a few of his mixtapes downloaded from last Spring and even more recently.  He's not bad, something to mix it up instead of the same old mainstream hip-hop out there.  Even better now he's rocking the Block M!

At least you were able to embed in your original post. That is something that some of the seasoned posters haven't been able to figure out.

I also appreciate it because I like finding new music.

I saw this on r/UofM subreddit, and was wondering if anyone knew where I could get that hat? If you can find a source please please please post it here.

Also this guy is a really great artist. Check out some of his other stuff!

This kid is not big enough for me to be excited that he's wearing an M hat.

We're Michigan Fergodsakes

Tyler the Creator was wearing an M hat I believe I've seen Wiz in an M hat as well.  Either way...

is horrendous. foster the people are bad, and this derivative, lyrically nonsensical attempt at appealing to white people is embarrassing. i feel bad for people that like this. i feel bad for the future. please dig into allmusic.com and wikipedia and learn something about music that is original and intelligent. go blue.
