SIAP but another kid who hasn't signed is 4* athlete Davonte Neal. According to Mike Farrell, DN tried to sign with OSU but was turned away. Some insiders think Urban turned away Davonte to keep room for Diggs? Neal has some big time offers but I don't think he was offered by Hoke.

I didn't say commit. I said sign a LOI. There's a big difference. Magnuson committed to us without visiting if I remember correctly. That's different than signing a contract to go somewhere and potentially finding out you hate the people there and not being able to get out of it.

According to a Columbus paper they are already over the 85 limit. What happened to the scholarship reduction imposed by the NCAA? How can they sign over 25 or is this another special deal from Gee's good buddy Emmert.

They are allowed to take the 9 scholarship reduction over 3 years however they want. If they want to use 85 this year, they will have to break those 9 up over just 2 years instead.

Monty would be a nice fit and I would love to take hime from Sparty. Also, why are we giving up in Diggs? We were a childhood favorite and he had some interest. He is a 5 star guy and a special player in my opinion. I have been reading he has interest in Ohio now, we need keep him away from them.

While I wouldn't hold your breath, Diggs is not out of the question. Madaris will be an interesting one to watch. Could end up at State, Ohio, or A2. I'd bet on A2 at this point.
