Beat Ohio

Take The +13.5

Michigan is 16-2-1 ATS in their last 17 as a dog. 15-6 SU, 17-4 ATS in the Big 10

Oh, when Beilein's team outperforms its seed. Again. As Usual. Party in the Sweet 16. At Least. Next Year, a more talented roster.

The Program is playing house money right now

Some of Beilein's bigger upsets, for insiration

Yeah, that's Beilein's team beating Chris Paul in the tourney in 2005.

Kind of self-explanatory

Ok, this one wasn't really an upset, but getting one at the Breslin Center last year was a pretty good time.

Big upsets are just what Beilein does.  You look at that 2005 West Virginia team...They finished the regular season 18-9, eigth place in their own conference.  Then they go to the big east tourney, knock off Boston College and Villanova, then go on to the elite eight of the tournament, beating Wake Forest and Texas Tech before losing in overtime to Loisville.  John Beilein has been making Ken Pomeroy his bitch for years.  He can do it again.

Huh? We were 1-6 in the conference at the time. That was a huge upset.

Good post.  We've been playing up under Beilein, particularly in this game.  I expect it to be at least close.  Also always love that Dead clip - have until now associated it with something great just happening - think this is the first time I've seen you do it beforehand, but am all in on it.

IMO we're been playing with house money by winning the Purdue game.  Lose there and we're running in mud for a little while - that win pretty much solidified the season and put is in a position where a short slump won't hurt - we should now be loose for the rest of the way - starting with today.

This can happen.

@Purdue: how to get a road win

@Ohio: how to get a road win against a leader in the big ten standings.

Beat Ohio! GO BLUE!

Aside from Burke and Hardaway, we really look like a solidly disciplined Ivy League team.  My hat is truly off to Beilein for not losing by 30 to teams like Ohio.  Nevertheless, where in the hell has the recruiting been?  I know we have a stacked class finally coming in, but why are 5 doughy white guys who aren't Kevin Love and can't shoot threes getting scholarships and playing basketball at the UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN?????
