Top 2013 TE prospect Adam Breneman to visit in march

Submitted by GoBlueGB on

As posted on his twitter....Feb Visits.. Maryland on the 4th.. Ohio St on the 17th.. PSU on the 27th.. ND and Michigan in March.. Miami and UNC we'll get to as well.

Getting Adam on campus will be huge, as he is listed as the top 2013 TE prospect, the #32 ranked overall prospect and on ESPN150 watch list.  He has a huge list of offers, as you can find here on his scout profile, http://recruiting.scout.com/a.z?s=73&p=8&c=1&nid=5415176 , from schools of ND, Ohio State, Miami, Alabama, to name a few.  TE has to be the position of  most need in this class, and we got one of the top dogs visiting in March.

A recruiting thread with news of an elite prospect's interest in Michigan gets less than 10 posts and a thread about "The Bachelor" gets over a 100.  Hmmm.

There are a ton of great players in that class with UM interest, and some studs already commited, but as said above - if you're looking at roster depth and positions of need, and getting the best talent to fill those - it's got to be between Breneman and Isaac for most important recruit in this class.

If you're looking strictly in best talent available - not counting Morris or Thomas since they're already on board - it may be someone like LTT, but factoring need makes those other two more important.

Hopefully we can get Shane Morris over here when he visits to start recruiting him for us.  He's apparently visiting PSU, but you have to wonder if the situation there might really turn him off.
