Really like our chances here. I know his buddy is at OSU but they are so new to his recruitment that I don't think the comfort is there. This to me would more than make up for losing out on Dunn.

We need him to get through Meyer's visit. Mattison can work magic, but he has to have the chance. It sounds as though Reeves will not make a decision until after all visits, but I am still nervous about it.

OMG the twitters are down, your  tweet was the last one that got through DG.  I think its good news for us and we could really use him in this class.

i like this.  I know both teams have commits the other team offered but this really gives us a um/osu showdown at the end of the recruiting season.  hopefully the good guys win!

On a related note, PSU's decision to hire Bill O'Brien makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. Their recruiting class is falling apart because their head coach won't be able to fully assume his duties until after signing day.

You're right, O'Brien's absense is definitely not the only reason. But you would think they would want to hire someone who could hit the ground running on day one and try to exercise as much damage control as possible. They did the exact opposite.

Common sense seems to be in short supply these days in State College.
