So the NHL Central Scouting Midterm Rankings have been released. They live here. Ranked commits for 2012 are below, including draft-eligible freshman Phil Di Giuseppe.
North American Skaters
9. Jacob Trouba
28. Phil Di Giuseppe
31. Cristoval "Boo" Nieves
157. Connor Carrick
175. Justin Selman
North American Goalies
37. Jared Rutledge
Very excited about Trouba and Nieves. A bit disappointing to see Rutledge as the last goalie ranked, but we'll be happy to have him. Expected to step in right away and play over Janecyk.

Yeah, it's disappointing to see Rutledge ranked where he is compared to where Campbell and Gibson were. He's having a decent but not great season with the NTDP this year.
I'm excited about Compher and Motte the following year, as the two of them are pacing the U-17 team in scoring.

If Rutledge comes in and starts over Janecyk I will be happy... especially after how he performed against LSSU. I think Janey is a solid option next year even if Rutledge isnt quite ready.
Also after watching World Juniors and seeing both Gibson and Campbell sieve the US to a seventh place finish I wasnt that disappointed with their decisions to go to the OHL.
PS I cant wait for Boo to get on campus.. The Children of Yost will have a field day with that name

That US team had a lot worse problems than the two guys in net. Gibson is playing very well in the OHL right now (14-6-0 with 2.52/.933). While Campbell is struggling a bit (12-7-3 with 3.01/.901), I don't think it's out of line to think that both of those guys would be significant upgrades over Janecyk, and are probably more talented than Rutledge (who is 8-5-2-1 with 2.79/.901 for the NTDP this year) - especially if we're talking sophomore Gibson vs. freshman Rutledge.

You forgot Michigan commit Alex Kile on your list. He checks in at #82.
