awesome.  the first battle for rr vs osu was for tp and we lost.  in retro, glad we did.  so far hoke has done great things vs osu on the field and off, with kalis, wormley, wilson (who didnt have an osu offer but probably would have gotten one).  now to get dunn would be tremendous.

aside from childhood allegiance and strong family/coach influence, how can any recruit not wish to be a part of um with the tradition, the fabulous uniforms, the upswing, the world class diploma, and a solid, father figure coach who exhibits great warmth and care for his players.

such a great time right now to be a wolverine.  hope you join the family mr. dunn!

when posting from my EVO it won't automatically capitalize what it would normally capitalize like when texting. Sometimes I take the extra strokes to do it right to avoid these replies and sometimes I don't. As long as spelling is accurate and there aren't fifty commas where there shouldn't be I'm ok with pretty much any post. You should try it. It's relaxing.

Just having a little fun on this dreary Monday afternoon.  Actually, I appreciated the OP - it really did bring back memories of the ex-girlfriend.  Ahhh, the good old days.  (Thank little baby jesus that Profitgowife doesn't read this blog.)

I hope Hoke will help him realize that a pro offense (GO BLUE) is where his talent belongs, but if his heart isn't in it then he should go where he pleases. If that is Ohio, then so be it.

On a lighter note, at least if he does stick with Ohio, he won't be able to bite us in the ass when he is blocking 80% of the time! :D

Brady gets in there with Bri'onte and his parents, and you know he comes across as caring and trustworthy.  No way he bashes tsio, but he goes all positive about Michigan, Ann Arbor, our traditions, our direction, the university, Bri'onte's education, the team, the family atmosphere, etc..

Brady always seems genuine and comes from the heart.  You can't do it any better than that, IMO.  You can't fake it either...people can usually see through it, and if your past is checkered, then nobody knows if/when they can trust your words.  You can debate this point about Meyer, but I'm pretty sure Hoke has no such problem.

Here's hoping the we close the deal soon on Dunn.

I love how most OSU fans still think that Hoke was negatively recruiting OSU re: Kyle Kalis when it was Kalis' functioning TV set - to say nothing of their own fans - who were doing all the negative recruiting free of charge.

No doubt that Urban Meyer's 2 NCG championships are a big bonus for his recruiting efforts, but the high-quality AND high-character kids are going to want to play for Coach Hoke.  It's bad form to quote oneself, but the quotes in my sig from both Hoke and Meyer tell you everything you need to know about which coach truly has your back as both a player and a person.  Not to sound arrogant, but that right there is the difference between us and Ohio.

Honestly, I think Hoke has changed the tide on the rivalry. Hell people in Ohio are starting to believe him. Never in a million years I would have thought that. Selling Michigan jerseys is a good start.
