OT: Most hated NFL teams

Submitted by MGoCooper on

Just curious as to who people thought was their most hated NFL team. For me it's easy, The Chicago Bears without question. I hate Jay Cutler, Lovie Smith annoys me, and I despise their fans.

Cowboys:  America's Choke Artists

Patriots:  Mostly because ESPN never shuts up about them.  Despite the fact their insanely good defense has degraded and many of their offensive players are in the twilight of their careers.

Vikings:  I this unexplainable desire to see Jared Allen get hit by a 2x4.

On a side note, why the hate of the JETS?  Rex Ryan is awesome to watch and he makes the uptight league office have seizures on a regular basis.  They deserve a pass simply for that. Come on the dude posts foot fetish stuff on Youtube with his with, you know Goddell feels stomach pains everytime he hears the name "Rex Ryan".

It's a team full of divas...not quite as much as last year, but still. Their fans are a pain in the ass and think they're going to the Super Bowl every year just because they had a good showing several years back.

Rex Ryan is Captain Dickhole. I don't find him entertaining; I find him obnoxious. Maybe this is because I read Kissing Suzy Kolber, but I think he's a tool.

I'm going to have to give an honorable mention to the Steelers. Ben Roethlisberger is captain of the asshats, and their defense is a who's who of people I can't stand. If it weren't for Woodley, they wouldn't have a redeeming quality in my eyes.

The Vikings deserve 20 years of ineptitude for 2009. Bears fans often act pretty buckeye/sparty-ish. Being a Packer fan from Michigan caused me to sort of have a soft spot for the Lions...up until last year...now I cant wait to see Scheffler tap dance back to the locker room after we beat them on Thursday.

I hated them growing up (they were always the team I deleted on any game when I made my own team).  Then I lived in MD for 4 years and that just increased my hatred of them.  Their fans think they are going to win the Super Bowl.  Ugh, I am getting ticked off just writing this post.

Ravens for the fact that everyone seems to gloss over that Ray Lewis was somehow involved in a murder.  And BTW, they never went looking for another assailant in that case.  So, as far as the courts are concerned, the victim died of spontaneous stab wounds.

Where do I begin on the Jets...New York team so overblown coverage, Rex Ryan, Mark SanCHIZE (see overblown media coverage)

And, lastly, while I have always been neutral on the Packers, I work with a guy from Wisconsin and he has slowly turned me against the Packers.  The final straw was when he insisted that Calvin Johnson was not a top 5 receiver in the NFL and was well below Greg Jennings because "Calvin Johnson is just tall, he doesn't get separation.  If he got separation like Greg Jennings, then he'd be a top 5".  When I called him on it and asked for his top 5, I got "Andre Johnson, Greg Jennings...uh...Roddy White maybe is tied with Calvin Johnson"

Chain gang green. Jets. They talk too much, just let your play on the field speak for itself. The shtick coming out of Rex Ryan's mouth is just getting too old. Although they have the best special teams coach in the league, I have to admit. Go (Big) Blue

dallas-have always hated them. no idea how anyone outside of texas likes them. jets-the only team that act like they've won multiple championships when they haven't won shit. also mark sanchez will never be an elite qb, he can be a game manager who will win games with good surrounding pieces, he'll never be able to put a team on his shoulders ala brady, manning etc.

.........Cowboys, 49ers, Oakland, Giants, and the Jets equally. But if any of those teams play the Packers, then I'll root for them. I cannot stand the Packers fans which makes me hate the team even though I've liked individual players on the team(Howard, Woodson, Favre, White). They are full of a bunch of neanderthal cavemen now with Hawk and Mathews, and a pansy-ass QB who never did anything til last year, yet he was doing that stupid "championship belt" move like he was one. What an @sshat!

I'm a Bears fan but always rooted for Detroit because of Barry Sanders( The greatest RB of all time, just ahead of Payton). I personally don't think Detroit plays dirty. They just play tough on D, which I like to see. The only negative about Detroit is their coach, who I'd put in the same league as Rodgers from GB.

I was referring to his "championship belt" move he started doing. Up until last season, he hadn't won any kind of championship in major college or pro. To me, it seemed kind of stupid to make a touchdown move based on something you hadn't accomplished yet. Not even a conference or division championship up to that point. I admit that his recent success is pretty amazing, and I didn't even dislike him last year until he started doing that stupid move to celebrate a touchdown.

As a die hard, life long Jets fan, I fucking hate the Jets with the passion of 1000 suns. I've known nothing but misery in my 36 years of fandom. They continue to fuck your eyes out when they have a chance to do something. I guess I have a problem for knowing this yet continue to follow those silly cunts.

I don't hate any team, but I've rooted against Dallas for 30 years. The "America's team" hype isn't anywhere near as obnoxious as it used to be, but the Cowboys still get too much attention.

I can't stand the cheese head!  I think it requires a mullet and buck teeth to properly wear it.  The chant "go pack go" is about the most irritating thing a human being can hear.  Its so bad it makes me love "roll tide" even after all the comercials.  All rolled up in a heavy breathing, mouthfull of food havin, Wisconsin accent.  Donchyaknow!! gahhh!

I live in a suburb of Atlanta, and by the way these yokels act about their Falcons, you'd think that they invented the game.  Matt Ryan is a saint who can cure cancer with his snap-count and a baby is born every time he throws a TD.
