You're not only asking for a Michigan bar in Munich but you want one in the specific area you're staying at....

Not a Michigan Bar per se and not exactly where you want it to be, but go there if you don't find anything else, they have it on:

The game is on ESPN America, so do a Google search for bars with that channel to maybe find something closer.

Nice find!
I'm thinking of pre-gaming at Englischer garden a few hours before the game. Load up on schnitzel, brats, and a couple of pints, then head over to this place and do the same. It's not too far away -- about a 20 minute metro ride.

Since I don't care much about the HB beer they serve at the Chinese Tower in the English Garden, I'd much rather go to the Viktualienmarkt where they have a nice and very busy beer garden (if you're out of luck, they serve HB beer there too, as the six breweries from Munich rotate on a weekly basis) and you're surrounded by countless market stalls with many, many different foods, a connoisseur's paradise. As an added bonus: MetroBus 52 takes you in 17 minutes to your game!

Personally liked the Augustinerkeller biergarden. The schweinbraten was the best we had in Munich.
Very cool city, had a fantastic time in Bavaria.

I didn't even realized any place in Munich served pints, only thought they served them in a Maß glass.

I'll be on a flight from Perth to Tokyo at 2pm. I doubt the perth airport will show the game but I can hope.
Next saturday i'll be in Cebu. Again, date to hope. Until then it'll be bit-torrents after the fact :/

Cebu has a very large American expat community and I know for a fact that some of them show american football in their establishments. I was in Manila in September and was able to catch the ND game. Sat next to a guy that owned a bar in Cebu. He gave me his card but I ditched it somewhere.

Across from the hofbrauhouse. I was in Munchen for Oktoberfest. Watched the Minnesota game in the middle of a huge party. Granted, the sound was not on.

You can go to a military base and go to their bars, they'll get ESPN and all that. Trust me, I was in the military, it'll work.

Champion sports bar. Watched the Michigan game there a few years back during Oktoberfest. Everyone else was watching a soccer game, but they put the Michigan game on one tv for us.
