MNF open thread

Can't believe there isn't a MNF thread yet, considering it's Henne vs. Brady.  Henne looking good so far.

I recorded it from BTN Sunday night and will be watching it sometime this week. Can't wait to see it again.

Also, I loved that Chad Henne ten-yard QB draw from a TD earlier. NO ONE saw that coming. Loved seeing his spiking the ball also.

Well Tirico and Gruden were talking about Chad and Tom playing college ball at Michigan and then Denard was brought up; they mentioned the game from Saturday night. Nothing much, just a quick mention of Denard and the UTL game

This is the only time I have ever cheered against Brady. Going against him in Fantasy and he's just about got me. I should have drafted him...had him every other year.

Having two starting QBs going head to head in a huge MNF game gives me a HUGE amount of pride as a michigan fan.

Denard is a legend and I love him, but the idea of michigan producing Pro-Style QBs and sending them to the NFL is something I would really look forward too.

Miami fans are the worst fans ever. They boo any chance they can. I wish Henne and Long played for a team that appreciates the players. I couldn't imagine booing Denard for over throwing a wide receiver , like they do to Henne.

I thought Henne would be a decent pro, but he has absolutely no touch on passes to the outside. Although his defense hasn't given him much help tonight, I wouldn't be surprised if he is replaced sometime during this season.

Yeah he looks terrible.  He put perfect touch to Fasano, Marshall, and Bess on outside throws.    He threw for a bunch of yards and ran for sixty.  He played great tonight.

Also, who is going to replace him?  Matt Moore? They believe in Henne this year and he will be starting the whole year.  Daboll is letting him audible and actually throw the ball.  He was handcuffed last year, this year he is not going to be great but Bush will help him a lot.

Also, I am a homer.  Dolphins and Wolverines.

I agree that he looked good at the start, but when they had a legitimate chance to pull the game close with about 5 min left, his passes were wildly off the mark. I would really like to see him succeed In Miami, but after watching quite a few of his games, I don't think they will give him enough time to fix his touch issues. He seems to already be somewhat of a scapegoat there, and that will be tough to overcome with such a poor defense.
