Tampa doesn't have a 1st down yet but they somehow have 10 points.  Special teams mistakes and Stafford's bad throw have screwed us so far.  On the plus side, our offense has been moving the ball well and the D looks amazing.

and the Browns are already down 13-0 11:21 Q2.  I has a sad.

As soon as I started typing that sentence, the Browns returned the kickoff to their own 43.  Clearly they are playing with my mind today.

I'm watching the stream (when it works).  Has Detroit looked as good as they sound, save the couple of overthrows?  I'd love to see them stretch this game out before halftime.

Bears 16-3 over Falcons at half. Overall good first half so far. A couple turnovers by the Falcons, some great defense and some decent offensive plays. Unfortunately when they've gotten close they've had to settle for some field goals instead of touchdowns.

Scheffler's little B.S. in the endzone is part of why I will never care for the NFL over college. Quit the crap and act like you've been there before. And if I see one more idiot lunge and throw their hand forward on a first down, I'm gonna puke.

Also, get off my lawn.

But for the slight case of NotreDameitis there in the first half, this game would be out of hand.

Really have to hand it to the Lions.  Particularly given that the def line has not bothered Freeman that much.

Yeah? It's a guarantee.

OK, so that's wishful thinking, but wouldn't that be something? Both teams have never been to a Super Bowl, but it would be great if they both get to it for the first time against each other. Blue collar town versus blue collar town. I would of course cheer for the Browns, as I currently  and have always lived in Ohio.

In the post game interview with Brandy Schwartz wasn't happy at all, and every time Jim would try and say "you have to like the win" he thought they played like crap and should have won big. So he's not resting on 1-0.
