Denard got away with more shit than I thought was possible just because he's Denard. The UFR is gonna look bad, but damn I won't forget that one until the Alzheimer's strikes.

I was pessimistic and pissy; I am here to crown you optimists who didn't give up as superior to my pissy, pessimistic response to the first three quarters.

You people are better than I and GO BLUE.

That was incredible.

3 years in a row beating Irish in the final min...love it...

I hope that people get off of Borges case now... that screen to Vince was a call of beauty...as were several other calls...  the offense is a work in progress but there is potential there..

Hopkins...sit down son...you are not ready... put Rawls in there for the big back role...

D Rob great passer IF he steps in to his throws... bad if he doesnt...

G Mattison... gets more out of a bad defense than we could ever have conceived...

W Campbell...nice to see you make some plays son....way to go...

B Hoke...what else can be said... way to keep the team's heads up and competing...

D Brandon... masterly pulled off night game...

I know we'll all remember that last ND TD, but the defense played MUCH better than in years past.  Mattison did get RPS'ed a bit, but looking at who was out there I'm surprised this team only gave up 31 points.  After those first two drives, the defense really did buckle down and forced ND to earn its points.  I know people will look at all the yards and how the turnovers stalled scoring drives, but defenses that force long drives have a better chance of random turnovers and penalties slowing down a good offense.  And ND's offense was good - it might be the best UM will see this year.  So while I definitely agree that it is a work in progress, I have real hope.  And if you are a DT or LB in America who likes Zingermann's, by all means give UM a look.

This will rival AC's 41 yard catch to beat Indiana on the last play of the game as the best finish in a Michigan game. I was at that game but watched this on the big screen and can say that both AC catch and run and the final drive tonight are the most exciting Michigan moments I have seen.

<br>WOW! I have never seen 3 tds in the final 1:12 Simply amaizein.

Are you @#$%ing kidding me? That play, and especially the last 1:12, beats the crap out of that '79 play.

AC made a great individual play, period. Michigan was tied (TIED ... TIED ... @#$%ing TIED) with a perennial Big Ten doormat, at home (AT HOME). If Bob Ufer hadn't blown an O-ring in the booth (GOD BLESS HIS COTTON PICKIN' something or other) that play wouldn't be nearly as legendary.

Oh, and Jasper saw it, so don't pull any of your youngin' crap on me. Just don't.

There are numerous plays in the last thirty years that were bigger (in impact) than AC's play. Here's a short list:

* Braylon x several at Braylonfest

* Manningham, '05

* Tate, '09

* Denard, '10

OMFG. Jasper tired!

in the 4th quarter:

70% completion, 202 pass yards, 20.2 ypa, 3 td (1 int). WOW.

DRob gave a nice interview, was humble about his 450yd performance and hyped the atmosphere at the game and gave props to the students for still being there- "I wanna keep this jersey... I just wanna remember all this. Look at all this stuff right here, man. lookat the fans. THEY STILL HERE! The game is over!"

WOW.

I didn't realize that he was a demi-god of some sort.

I can't quite describe my reaction.  Is it possible to have a stroke in a good way?

EDIT:  Did you guys just hear Denards "WHAT?!" when he was told his stats? What a great kid.

Very nice to see Ryan and #7 (kid from FLA) make some BIG plays consistently through the game. Bodes well to have those two develop.

D bent like crazy, rode luck and opportunities. Too bad for them on the blown coverage on domer's last possession, I was impressed with their resolve.

Kovacs got everything near him. JT ridiculously overmatched 1-on-1.

The O, don't know where to begin. They know where to end it though.

How the hell did we win this thing?????
