RB Greg Garmon visiting on Saturday
Got the news from an old friend. Get seatbelts ready... but don't buckle up yet.

I'm pretty sure TomVH could actually continue with "Buckle Up" as a signature statement and make a career out of it a la "Not so fast, my friend!"
Also, it's pretty darn cool that Garmon is visiting. He's an exciting kid.

I doubt we will be getting too much more free stuff once espnannarbor.com goes up.

Is that website going to be only available for people with ESPN insider accounts? If that is the case that is a big bummer.

ESPN insider iscrazy cheap. It's nothing like Rivals or Scout, you can often get them for like 5 bucks a year.

more like $30-$40

closer to $5 if you work it right. I believe that you can get it with a subscription to ESPN the magazine, so find a cheap internet retailer and sign on up.

I got the ESPN mag and insider for $9.99

I will look into that. For some reason I thought they were charging an absurd amount.

I got 4 years of ESPN magazine for $16......insider is free for magazine subscribers.
They have simlar deals at other sites and they come around fairly often...allthough I have a hunch they won't offfer to many deals leading up to football season.

3 years of ESPN Insider for $9. A deal for ESPN the magazine, with Insider included comes around every few months. Next time I see a deal, I will spread the word.

I would be very happy with Garmon.
September 1st, 2011 at 6:50 PM ^
I would be all for Garmon joining the team and giving driving directions to the end zone once he does.

Being from Erie County, I can tell you McDowell is a very good football school. I really hope we have a shot with this kid, I may get his jersey as my first!

6'2 4.4 before he plays a snap of college football he should be around 210. These guys don't grow on trees. Would be a great get for the future RB spot.

Great news. I love this kid but had given up on him. He's a real home run threat with speed and power. Speaking of speed and power I just saw that Dunn gained 270 yards in a victory over Massillon, but it seems less likely each day that he will go our way. Sam Webb thinks we still have a shot but perhaps these visits mean we are turning up the heat on Garmon because the Dunn ship has sailed given the less-than-drastic penalties that are likely for ohio.
