Crossing Streams: Pryor Recruitment @ Miami
What could make a summer of TP's downfall and ttSIO's shame even better? Well, direct involvement in the Yahoo 10/10 Miami (YTM) scandal!!!!!
Headline says it all: "REPORT: NCAA INVESTIGATING PRYOR'S TRIP TO MIAMI"
http://eye-on-collegefootball.blogs.cbssports.com/mcc/blogs/entry/24156338/31371608
This won't add sanctions to OSU, and Pryor is already gone. But guilt by association, it's just beautiful.
And it makes me love me some Denard even more!

uncover photos of Pryor doing lines of blow off a hooker in a sweatervest..... I know it has nothing to do with the Miami connection, but still, it'd be sweet.

You didn't read the article, did you? It talks about a trip Pryor made to Miami this past March. Apparently it was set up by Sarniak.

Recruitment at Miami? Direct involvement in the Yahoo/Miami "scandal"?
Where in the story that you linked is this info?

The articles don't state which spring break, but it seems to be 2011 Spring break. And it's Sarniak providing improper benefits to Pryor while he was still on Ohio State's roster.

"Crossing Streams"? OK...

After reading the headline this was actually the first thing that popped into my head...

crossing streams? sounds like a peeing game i used to play

This just seems like it might be a stretch to tack on and the NCAA might just ignore it.

How is it a stretch to tack on if it's more proof that Sarniak was providing Pryor with benefits while he was attending OSU?

My mistake, been reading so much over the Miami scandal that I read it as Shapiro instead of Sarniak and was thoroughly confused as to why a Miami booster would give these things to an OSU player. Wow, ignore my previous post.

Don't cross the streams

I knew we could find more Osu schadenfreude in the midst of the mushroom cloud that has risen over Miami.
August 17th, 2011 at 12:50 PM ^
The scroll on SportsCenter says Ohio State is denying that Pryor told them or the NCAA about any additional violations.
I don't understand why Pryor doesn't go straight to the NCAA and tell them everything he knows so they will rule him ineligible. His college career is over, he's a pariah in Columbus, and the school has banned you for five years. Spill your guts and move on with your life...

Was Pryor even recruited by Miami? Did he even ever seriousy consider Miami? From what I remember, he was only seriously considering tOSU, Michigan, PSU, and Oregon. Of those, he only made official visits to Michigan and tOSU.
I didn't click the link, but it seems like it would be a tremendous stretch to link Pryor to the Miami scandal.

A TREMENDOUS stretch
