I love how well spoken Dhani is. Besides being a great football player, he just seems like a super intelligent dude.

I saw that too. Dhani was all class. One of the talking heads kept trying to goad him into trashing OSU and commenting on their troubles, but he wouldn't touch it. He would only say positive things about Michigan and even mentioned coach Hoke. As another poster said, he is an excellent represenative of U of M.
Dhani definitely seems like a class act. Great to have him representing us! But, does that phrase really make sense in the context quoted? I don't know French at all, so I don't deny that this could just be improper translation on my part, but when I typed the phrase into Google, it translates as "know how."

That's close. It's more like "know how to handle anything." In this case, he basically means we know how to keep this classy.

That's not the literal translation. Savoir comment would be "to know how."
Savoir faire literally translates as "to know to do." Google may as well have just gone with that.

I met Dhani in Iceland when he was taping one of his "Dhani Tackles the Globe" episodes. He was very nice and invited me to the competition. Class act.
I think he was originally planning to be a neurosurgeon or something along those lines. Sharp cat.

after seeing this video, my first thought was "must have this book." my second thought was "where am I going to pick it up? why must you close, borders, whyyy???"
I can relate to Dhani's experiences - I studied abroad in Australia for a semester during college, & one of the main channels through which I bonded with people was sports. I joined my college's rugby team & had a blast. the guys were so encouraging & pleased that I was giving it a shot & embracing the culture, even if I wasn't very good at the game.
& of course we sat around & watched plenty of australian rules football (insanity), played cricket on the beach, etc. I did learn a lot about the country through playing & appreciating sports with them, & I learned that "just going for it" is an awesome life lesson.
anyway, I'm proud of Mr. Jones. he's a good one.
