Is malware back?

Submitted by 08mms on

Google chrome tossed me a malware warning when I tried to load up the site.  I run MacOS so I was willing to run the risk and click-through, but anyone else having this problem?

I saw the  thread and exited out  I did not get a warning at work IE  or sofar at home Firefox. Should I be worried that perhaps  my IE and firefox is not up to snuff? Could I just be lucky and not being exposed? Avast is not  picking anything up either.

Around noon today it crashed my computer at work.  The IT guy was uploading something when all of a sudden he turned to me and said we've lost her.  My buddy also got it at work and may be out of luck too.  Hope this doesnt kill my pretty mac at home.

i would have started my own thread on this but lost some of my privileges from expiring points

don't know if anyone else has been getting this today - seems like a malicious .exe is trying to load itself everytime i visit mgoblog - possibly via java?  i'm computer literate to a point, but don't know how to explain exactly what it's trying to do.

here is the pertinent info from my firewall log
